Banks On It: iHeartMedia/St. Louis SVP/Programming Tony Banks has been named to the newly created role of Dir./Talent Development, Central Division. He'll oversee the discovery, recruitment and coaching of talent at more than 300 stations in 52 markets, including Dallas, Denver and Minneapolis. "Banks' experience as both a major market talent and a programmer makes him a natural choice," says EVP/Programming, Central Division Tony Coles. "He is a gifted and passionate talent coach, and [VP/Talent Development] Dennis Clark and I look forward to working closely with Tony to maximize the potential of our talent."
