Power Ranger: O'Neil Hagaman's Sam Powers has been promoted to the newly-created position of Sr. Mgr./Special Projects, where he will oversee the firm's publishing consulting activities. "Sam has a rare combination of intellectual excellency and an ability to listen and understand people," says O'Neil Hagaman co-founder Kerry O'Neil. Powers has worked in O'Neil Hagaman's Special Projects division since 2007 and has been Mgr./Special Projects for the last five years.
