» Erin On This Side Of Austin: Former Hot AC WKTI/Milwaukee morning co-host Erin Austin has joined KILT-FM/Houston's Hudson & Harrigan morning show. She can also be heard solo from 9-11am, replacing Steve Rixx, who is no longer with the company. Austin previously served as MD/middayer at KSD/St. Louis and night host on KASE/Austin. » Kerri On; Buy Way Heard Songs: Walt Disney Records VP/Sales Kerri Fox-Metoyer has joined Sony Music/Nashville for the same post. An 18-year industry vet, Fox-Metoyer will spearhead sales, catalog exploitation and non-traditional and new business initiatives while managing retail relationships. "She brings a dynamic perspective to the team as we navigate today’s music environment, working with traditional retail accounts while also identifying new business channels," says SVP/Sales & Operations Paul Barnabee. » Fight Board, Um: The ACM has elected 10 new board members and appointed 16 directors-at-large. In addition, Fitzgerald Hartley's Mark Hartley has been voted VP of the ACM Lifting Lives board, which has added six new members. Full list here.

» Let Me Let Go: Warner Bros.' Faith Hill and Borman Entertainment's Gary Borman have dissolved their longtime business association. "We are so proud of what we have acheived together over the past 16 years," Hill and Borman said in a joint statement. "We love each other like a sister and a brother, but have made the difficult choice to dissolve our professional relationship."

» No Rest For The Weary: Unrest Music's Aaron Watson has signed with Edgehill Music and Media's David Haley, Nine North's Larry Pareigis and Tom Moran and Grassroots Promotion's Nancy Tunick for radio promotion. Wortman Works Media & Marketing's Jules Wortman has assumed national publicity duties for Watson. These collaborations are in addition to his previous relationships with Paradigm (booking) and Sony RED (distribution).

» Don't Try This At Home: Curb's Tim McGraw discussed football, his man cave and promoted The Blind Side, out Friday (11/20) on the Dan Patrick Show today (11/17). Patrick asked McGraw what unexpected music he would find in his truck. McGraw said he loves '70s rock from Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, the Eagles to Led Zeppelin. But McGraw didn't think he could tackle Robert Plant's vocals. "Someone once told me I couldn't go pop with an ass full of firecrackers," McGraw joked. One career McGraw would leave country for is a football coaching job at Lousiana State University, but only if his bank account were to remain the same. Listen here.

» Forever And Always: Big Machine's Taylor Swift has partnered with American Greetings Corp. for a line of greeting cards and products to be available worldwide spring 2010. "My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel, better than I could," Swift says. "I feel the same way about greeting cards. I've always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience." Swift will be working with American Greetings' editorial and creative teams for the line of products.



» When The Stars Go Blue ... Grass: Capitol's Dierks Bentley is taking January-March off to work on two albums, a bluegrass project and the follow-up to Feel That Fire. "Every album I've done has had a bluegrass song on it, so I don't think it's a surprise that someday I was going to make a bluegrass record," Bentley says. "I really want to take some time to work on two records and make them career records, and then get back on the road late spring."

» Visions Of Sugar Hums Danced In Their Heads: Mercury's Sugarland are among the performers for TNT's Christmas In Washington special airing Dec. 20 at 8pm ET. The duo joins President Obama, the First Lady, Mary J. Blige, Neil Diamond, Rob Thomas, Usher and host George Lopez for the program, which will be filmed Dec. 13 at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.
