Oregon Country: Entercom's KBWF/San Francisco APD/MD/PM driver Keola Lui-Kwan will join Alpha's KUPL/Portland for afternoons and the station's newly created Digital APD post Dec. 14. He fills the airshift left vacant by former PD John Paul's exit in August (Breaking News 8/18). "Keola is a compelling, high-energy host that keeps you glued to the radio," says PD Scott Mahalick. "His web-savvy moxie extends way past the speakers and onto the wireless super-highway."

Night jock Big Woody Hayes has been filling in on wake-ups following Carson "Cash" Cornell's departure in August (CAT 8/27) and will move to PM drive, which Taylor had been voicetracking from 'KSJ.

Double Secret O-Vation: Several country artists are involved in upcoming Oprah Winfrey Show episodes. Tim McGraw taped an episode Wednesday (11/18) to air at a later date. Message boards are buzzing with rumors that the McGraw performance is a duet with Alicia Keys for the same holiday episode on which Sugarland will appear Nov. 30. Wynonna is also scheduled for an Oprah performance Tuesday (11/24) welcoming Ft. Bragg, NC troops home from Iraq.
