Signage: Songwriter and producer Jay Joyce has signed a worldwide co-publishing agreement with Warner/Chappell Music. Joyce's new publishing company Neon Cross has also signed a co-publishing deal to sign and develop writers and artists accross multiple genres. Former Capitol A&R pro Melissa Spillman joins Neon Cross as Dir./Publishing.
