Biondo Buggy WUSN (US99)/Chicago 20-year vet Trish Biondo expanded her role with the CBS Radio Country station yesterday (Jan. 8) when she took over the midday slot open since Lisa Dent segued to mornings last November. Biondo joined the US99 research Dept. in 1986 and joined the morning show in 1990. She also spent 13 years as MD. In Sept. 2003 she reduced her role to hosting the wake-up show’s Nashville Hotline segment as she devoted more time to being a mom.
