Something Up His Sleeve: Atlantic/WMN's Hunter Hayes has teamed with the American Red Cross for a Hunter Hayes Sleeves Up virtual blood drive. Hayes hopes at least 21,000 fans will pledge to give blood or make a financial donation in honor of his single "21." Fans who donate here and use the hashtag #HH21SleevesUp will receive concert tickets. Needle-phobe Hayes will also face his fear and give blood.
