Goin' To Carolina: CBS Radio/Washington Mgr./Digital Marketing & Content Jodi Phillips has joined iHeartMedia/Charlotte as Digital PD. Her responsibilities span the cluster's six stations, which include Country WKKT. She succeeds Julia Hughes, who has left the industry. "Jodi brings a wealth of competitive experience," says OM Jeff Wyatt. "She's seen the industry from a number of points of view including promotions, sales and programming so she understands the listener interaction as well as the client marketing needs."
