iHeart And Goals: iHeartMedia Active Rock/Alternative Brand Mgr. and RVP/Programming Brad Hardin has been upped to EVP/GM of the company's National Programming Platforms; iHM EVP/Programming Jon Zellner has been promoted to EVP/Programming Operations; and Maynard moves from the company's Strategic Review Team to become the NPP's EVP/Programming Strategy. All report to President/National Programming Platforms Tom Poleman. Hardin has been with the company for more than 15 years; Zellner joined in 2009 with prior stops at SiriusXM and CBS Radio. The moves follow the departure of EVP & GM/National Programming Platforms and Country format captain Clay Hunnicutt in June (Breaking News 6/29). Company vet Rod Phillips assumed the role of Country format captain earlier this month (CAT 8/6).
