Wheels Of Justice: Maury County, TN couple Dustin and Nichole Hargrove have been charged with one count of misdemeanor assault and Dustin with an additional charge of felony aggravated assault stemming from the Sept. 27 assault of Nashville producer Dave Brainard and BMS/Chase's Deborah DeLoach (CAT 9/29). "I speak for myself and my friend Deborah DeLoach when I say we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the work done by Metro Nashville Police Department's Detective Anthony Chandler, his team and to Nashville's media, whose coverage led to Crime Stoppers tips which helped solve this case," said Brainard in a statement.
