Kelley File: iHeartMedia/Phoenix AC KESZ and Adult Hits KYOT PD Paul Kelley has been named to the newly created position of SVP/Programming for the Arizona region, which includes Country stations KNIX/Phoenix and KYWD/Tucson. He'll continue to program KESZ and KYOT and will focus on programming strategy and talent development in Tucson.
