Dawg Caller: As tipped in yesterday's Hot Air, West Virginia Radio WICL(The Big Dawg)/Hagerstown, MD afternoon personality Jason Tyler has been promoted to PD/morning host, effective Monday (8/29). He succeeds Dave Hovel, who is leaving for iHeartMedia/Salisbury (CAT 8/22). Tyler joined the station last year after six years out of the business. Prior stops include WKHI/Salisbury, MD; WLXV, Traverse City, MI and WXCY/Wilmington, DE. Reach him here.
