It's The Network: Longtime Emmis/Terre Haute VP/GM James Conner has been named GM of Network Indiana, the Emmis-run network providing news, sports and business programming to affiliated radio stations within the state. Conner has managed stations in Terre Haute for 22 years. The Emmis group includes Country WTHI and is in the process of being sold to Midwest (CAT 10/12).
