Urban Development: The 2017 Grammys On The Hill Awards will honor four-time Grammy winner Keith Urban with the Recording Artists' Coalition Award April 5 in Washington, D.C. for his commitment to numerous music education programs. Martina McBride will serve as master of ceremonies and performers include Urban, Wynonna Judd, Blues Traveler's John Popper and television composer Jonathan Wolff.
