Gentle On Our Minds: The Music Business Association (Music Biz) will bring back its Industry Jam concert May 15 as part of the Music Biz 2017 convention at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Awards will be given to artists including Glen Campbell, which will be accepted by his wife, Kimberly Woolen, with a performance featuring his children Ashley Campbell, Shannon Campbell and Cal Campbell. Additionally, the Jam will close with a live performance from house band The R.A.T.S. (Rock Against Terrorism), whose members include Warner Music Nashville's John Esposito, Concord Music Group's Mike Gillespie, Capitol Music Group's Vince Szydlowski, Music Biz Chairman/Facebook's Fred Beteille and Music Biz Vice Chairman/Baker & Taylor's Steve Harkins. All proceeds will benefit the Music Biz Scholarship Foundation. More info here.
