Stage Hands: Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett will perform on the CMT Music Awards, airing live from Nashville's Music City Center (CAT 5/9) June 7. The show will also feature collaborations by Florida Georgia Line and The Chainsmokers, Lady Antebellum and Earth, Wind & Fire, and Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood.
