But Who's Counting? Entercom shareholders approved the merger with CBS Radio today (11/15) in Philadelphia. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, only four people attended the shareholder meeting chaired by Entercom founder Joseph Field. The deal is still expected to close Friday. More here.
