Steel City Bankruptcy: MGTF/Steel City, which owns four Kansas City stations including Country KFKF and KBEQ, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Pittsburgh-based company purchased the stations from Wilks in 2014 for $105.5 million (CAT 6/19/14). Its two Pittsburgh properties are not involved in the filing. More here.
