Newcomer Departing: Country Aircheck Managing Editor Wendy Newcomer is leaving at the end of January to pursue other opportunities. "I'm very grateful to Lon and Chuck for the experience and so thankful for the friendships I've made in the office," she says. "It has been a pleasure meeting some of the wonderful folks in Country radio and sharing their stories." Newcomer joined in 2014 after stops at GAC and Country Weekly (CAT 7/7/14).
