Yancy Like: Cumulus Media VP/Technical Operations Yancy McNair has been promoted to SVP/Engineering, effective April 1. McNair will oversee engineering, telecom, real estate and purchasing for the company, reporting to CFO Frank Lopez-Balboa. He assumes duties currently held by Chief Technology Officer Conrad Trautmann, who will retire at the end of March after a 25-year career with Cumulus. McNair has been with the company since 2003, with previous stops at Pamal and Clear Channel.
