The Cat In The Hat: Former Beasley WKLB/Boston morning co-host Hannah Byrom has joined Cumulus WCTO/Allentown, PA for similar duties. She will partner with Sam Malone for the Cat Morning Crew With Sam And Hannah, and succeeds Becca Lynn, who departed last month (CAT 9/10). Concurrently, Cumulus Alternative WWYY/Belvidere, NJ has flipped to a simulcast of WCTO, adding a new frequency at 107.1 and extending the listening area to Eastern PA and Western NJ. "Though Hannah has worked on some great stations across the country, she is a Jersey girl; Sam was born and bred here in the Lehigh Valley, so doing mornings in their hometowns is a dream come true for both Sam and Hannah," says OM/PD Jerry Padden. Byrom departed WKLB last year (CAT 10/1/18) and has recently handled weekends and fill-ins for Entercom WNSH/New York. Her previous career stops include Trenton, NJ and Portland, OR. Reach Byrom here.
