Waters Runs Red: East Carolina Radio Rock WOBR/Wanchese, NC afternoon host Bob Waters has joined Radio Carlisle WCAT/Harrisburg, PA "Red 102.3" as PD/morning host. He succeeds Rick Sten, who has retired after 15 years with the station and 47 in the industry.
