Bassoon I'll Be 24: The Academy of Country Music's Lifting Voices Council is conducting an instrument drive through May 6. Brass, keys, marimba, percussion, snare and bass drums, strings and woodwinds are being collected for donation to Birdie Alexander Elementary in Dallas during the week of the 59th ACM Awards (5/14-16). Donations will be accepted during business hours at ACM, BMI and Warner Music Group; email Kortney Toney, Shannon Sanders or Stephanie Davenport, respectively, to arrange a drop-off.
