Southwest Air(play) Lines: Former Southern Ground VP/Promotion Mara Sidweber will join Capitol for Southwest regional promotion June 1. This marks a return to the imprint she left in July 2008 to join the Bigger Picture promotion team. She will be based in Dallas and succeeds Jeremy Guenther. "Once you've had a doctor say you've got an hour to live, everything else is secondary," he tells Country Aircheck, referencing his recovery from a brain tumor removed in 2013. "[UMG/Nashville Chairman/CEO] Mike Dungan is truly a good dude, and I'm taking away a lot of No. 1s and experiences that only four people in the world got to have."
