Q Tip: Everett-Snohomish has launched KMCQ/Mt. Vernon, WA as "The All New Country Q." The signal is new, jockless, reaches the northern part of the Seattle metro and is being programmed and consulted by Ken Moultrie's Seattle-based Broadcast Partners. The station's Seattle competition includes CBS Radio's KMPS and Entercom's KKWF, which respectively posted a 4.3 (6) and 3.6 (9t) in Nielsen Audio's April 2016 PPM.
