It's Hall Alright: The CRB has moved the 2020 Country Radio Hall of Fame induction celebration online. The Class of 2020 will be honored during CRS 2021: The Virtual Experience as the planned induction ceremony and dinner (CAT 7/20/20) could not be held as a live event last year. “We’re thrilled to finally honor The Country Radio Hall of Fame Class of 2020, giving them their overdue recognition,” says CRHoF Co-Chair Joel Raab. The honorees – George Beasley, Victor Sansone, Jim Duncan, Mark “Hawkeye” Louis, Chuck Edwards and Tim Wilson (CAT 2/19/20) – will be fêted with individual celebrations presented by Curb in the morning and afternoon of each day, Feb 17-19. The 2020 President’s Award and Career Achievement Award recipients will also be recognized during the CRS 2021 Opening Ceremonies Feb. 16 at 12:30pm CT. Register for CRS here. Additionally, nominations for the CRHoF Class of 2021 are being accepted through the end of March. For additional information, or to nominate someone, visit the website here.
