Across The Nation: The Justice Department is expected to file an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation as soon as next month, according to The Wall Street Journal. The suit will "allege the nation’s biggest concert promoter has leveraged its dominance in a way that undermined competition for ticketing live events," the newspaper reports, noting that the lawsuit could "unravel a settlement agreement" Live Nation reached with the Justice Department in 2010 over its merger with Ticketmaster. A Ticketmaster spokesperson told the Journal that the company "has more competition today than it has ever had, and the deal terms with venues show it has nothing close to monopoly power."
