Dream Weaver: Beasley WKML/Fayetteville, NC PD/morning host Sarah Weaver is the inaugural Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. (MIW) Country Radio Mentee, bestowed in partnership with Country Radio Seminar. The year-long mentorship will expose Weaver to "the best minds in the business through personalized conversations, connections, and opportunities aimed at growing [her] leadership and management positions in Country radio," according to MIW. It also provides her with the opportunity to attend CRS 2025.
