Easler Named RCA National: 
RCA Mgr./Regional Promotion Josh Easler has been upped to Dir./National Promotion, effective immediately. He succeeds Norbert Nix, who assumed VP/Promotion responsibilities for sister label Columbia/BNA in October (CAT 10/27). Easler joined the RCA promotion team in 2006 after a seven-year stint with Greater Media's WKLB/Boston. Congratulate him here.
