Garrett On A Stick: Former Cumulus KUBL/Salt Lake City PD Pat Garrett (CAW 1/3) has joined CBS Radio's KMPS/Seattle as MD/afternoon personality. Current PM driver Cornbread will shift to middays, succeeding former MD Tony Thomas, who exited the station yesterday (see following story). Garrett's arrival at KMPS reunites him with PD Ed Hill, with whom he worked at KUBL prior to Hill joining KMPS in September. Garrett had been promoted to 'UBL PD just last month (Breaking News 12/3).
