Lawson Leaves WSIX:
As reported earlier via Twitter and Facebook, Clear Channel's WSIX/Nashville is searching for a morning co-host to succeed Karla Lawson, who exited today. Lawson and Billy Greenwood were teamed in January 2011 following the Dec. 2010 retirement of longtime 'SIX morning personality Gerry House. She previously handled traffic for his show, The House Foundation. Reach Lawson here. Greenwood remains in mornings and will be joined by a series of guest co-hosts until a permanent replacement is found. OM/PD Michael Bryan tells Country Aircheck he is also seeking a Dir./Events & Promotions for both 'SIX and Rock sister WRNQ. Airchecks and resumes here.
