BREAKING – Brannigan Named Journal VP/Programming: Journal/Wichita OM and KFDI PD Beverlee Brannigan has been named VP/Programming for the company, as well as OM for its Milwaukee cluster. Brannigan started with Milwaukee-based Journal in 2002; she was inducted into the Country Radio Hall of Fame this year. "While Beverlee is best known for her Country radio programming expertise, she has demonstrated her ability to apply sound strategic thinking across multiple formats and markets," EVP Steve Wexler says. "Many very talented programmers expressed interest in this position, so it was gratifying to be able to promote from within."

"It's a double privilege to step into this position – I get to work with the outstanding Journal team in Milwaukee, and with the incredibly talented and committed radio programmers all across our group." Brannigan will relocate in August; she is also seeking an OM/PD for the Wichita market. Congratulate her, send a resume or both here.
