Triad's KVOX (Froggy 99.9)/Fargo, ND APD/MD/afternooner Shawn Reed has been upped to PD with the departure of Mike Dylan, who is relocating to Denver and in search of radio opportunities there. Dylan joined the station just under a year ago (CAT 9/12/11) and can be reached here. Reed will remain in afternoons and there are no immediate plans to hire an APD/MD. Congratulate him here.
