Encore: As a result of restructuring at Indiana-based Federated Media and its Talking Stick and Pathfinder subsidiaries, South Bend, IN GM/Talking Stick COO Brad Williams rises to the newly created position of Federated Media COO, overseeing all of the company's properties. The change results in the elimination of 18-year company vet Mark DePrez's position as Pathfinder COO; he exited yesterday. Concurrently, Warsaw GM Clint Marsh moves into Williams' vacated GM chair in South Bend, making room for Woody Zimmerman to take over in Warsaw. Ft. Wayne GM Jim Allgeier remains at his post. Multiple other cuts were made across the company, including DePrez's wife Mary, who was Mgr./National Sales. Federated Media owns 17 radio stations including Country stations WBYT/South Bend, WQHK/Ft. Wayne and WAWC/Warsaw.
