Nolan Tryin': Clear Channel/Binghamton, NY programmer Gary Nolan, who handles Top 40 WMRV, AC WMXW and Classic Hits WBBI, is transferring to the company's five-station Panama City, FL cluster as OM, where he'll also handle PD/afternoons for Country WPAP. Nolan succeeds Todd Berry, who moved to CC/Jackson, MS as OM in October (CAT 10/1). Nolan starts Dec. 20; reach him here.
