Wes Filling: Former KQFC/Boise PD Wes McShay has been named OM for Cumulus/Montgomery, AL's seven stations, including Country WLWI, for which he will also serve as PD/middayer. Current midday personality Andi Scott moves to afternoons. Bill Dollar had been PD/PM driver prior to his exit last week (CAT 9/23). McShay's background includes programming and management stints at WKDF/Nashville, WDAF/Kansas City, KRMD/Shreveport and Clear Channel/Huntsville, AL. He spent almost four years in Boise before leaving in Jan. 2011. He's on the job and can be congratulated here.
