Moon To St. Jude:
Clear Channel's KAJA/San Antonio PD Travis Moon has been named Sr. Liaison/Programming for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Radio Development team, based in Nashville. "Radio is so important to St. Jude, so I get the best of both worlds – working with stations across the country on the Country Cares events throughout the year." Moon joined the station in 2009 (CAT 11/20/09) after programming WUBE & WYGY/Cincinnati and serving as APD at KEEY/Minneapolis. Over 19 years, he has helped raise more than $15 million for St. Jude. He'll relocate in the coming weeks, but is likely to be around the station through next weekend (3/13-14) as KAJA holds its annual Country Cares Radiothon. Reach him here.
