Chronicle: Sympathies are extended to the family and friends of former WSGS/Hazard, KY morning personality Randy Walters, who passed away Monday (4/21). He was 63. Walters spent most of the '80s at 'SGS, and later spent time at WTUK/Harlan, KY. He was also co-owner of the Perry County News for a number of years. Services are set for 1pm tomorrow at Maggard Mountain View Chapel, 352 Roy Campbell Drive, Hazard, KY 41701. More here.
