Chris' Cross Makes Him Jump Jump: As reported earlier via Twitter and Facebook, former Cumulus KSCS/Dallas APD/MD/afternoon personality Chris Huff has joined CBS Radio's KILT (The Bull)/Houston as APD/MD. He starts Monday (5/12) and will also voice-track overnights and handle an occasional weekend airshift. As APD/MD, he replaces Keola Lui-Kwan, who recently joined Top 40 clustermate KKHH (CAT 3/24). "I knew I wanted someone who knew what winning felt like," says VP/Programming Bruce Logan. "I wanted someone with PD experience; someone who knew how to have fun at work, but also wasn't afraid of the long hours it was going to require to make The Bull Houston's No. 1 Country station." Adds Huff, "I've known Bruce for many years but we have never had the chance to work together; being able to do that with CBS in the great Texas city of Houston is all just icing on the cake! And I do like cake." Huff's prior experience includes KPLX/Dallas, WIVK/Knoxville and WUSY/Chattanooga, TN. Congratulate him here.
