Lubitz Leaving: Black River Dir./National Promotion & West Coast regional Bill Lubitz will leave the company to pursue other opportunities when his contract ends in June. "I've had the distinct pleasure of working for a great company and an absolutely first class group of people over the last few years," says Lubitz. "I will miss each and every one of them dearly. I'd especially like to thank [CEO] Gordon Kerr, [GM] Greg McCarn and [VP/Promotion] Bill Macky for everything they've done for me." Adds Macky, "All of us at Black River wish Bill Lubitz all the best. He's been a big part of BRE's success and we thank him for his contributions."

The search is on to replace the West Coast position. "This person must have prior experience, be a self starter, be driven to be the best and they must be incredibly creative," says Macky. Materials here. Lubitz joined the company in 2011 from Quarterback. His radio background includes nine years and multiple roles at KWNR/Las Vegas. Reach him through June here.
