Eastbound & Down: Columbia Southeast rep Chris Waters has joined WEA as Mgr./Southeast Region, bringing the new Warner Music Nashville team's regional count to two (with Pat Surnegie) under VP Jordan Pettit (CAT 5/29). If our math is accurate – and we're not saying it is – that leaves two open posts to bring the staff in line with those at WMN and WAR. Waters joined Sony in 2008 and scored a hat trick, having worked at BNA, Arista and Columbia. He came to the group from Cumulus' WSM-FM/Nashville. Reach him here.
