RPME Promotion Staff Exits:
As reported earlier via Breaking News, Facebook and Twitter, RPM Entertainment has eliminated its radio promotion staff, effective immediately, to concentrate on management and publishing. Regionals Jon Conlon on the west coast, Will Robinson in the midwest and Chris DeCarlo, who just joined in the northeast two months ago (CAT 5/30), are looking for their next opportunities. EVP April Rider remains as Mgr. for Maggie Rose and Chasin' Crazy; VP/Radio Relations Jack Christopher stays on with the management division and VP/Marketing James Stewart retains his current position. The company launched just over two years ago (CAT 5/29/12) with an initial focus on Maggie Rose, adding promotion for Zac Brown Band a short time later. "I can’t say enough about the staff we assembled," says Christopher. "They did a fantastic job under incredibly difficult odds ... Other labels would be smart to grab them up." Reach Conlon at 818-399-1885 or here, Robinson at 813-205-3355 or here and DeCarlo at 412-398-1212 or here.
