Structure Hire: Cumulus has engaged an executive search firm to help find its EVP/Radio, one of three newly created positions stemming from the company's organizational leadership restructuring reported earlier via Breaking News, Twitter and Facebook. Chairman/CEO Lew Dickey has eliminated the co-COO positions held by Jon Pinch, who will retire at the end of November, and John Dickey, who takes on the newly created title of EVP/Content & Programming. Head of national spot sales Steve Shaw has been named Westwood One President and will oversee all national and digital sales for Westwood One, Cumulus and Rdio.
