Who's Watching: For the first time, industry votes will decide the winner of the Conclave Rockwell Award, given for "unquestionable accomplishment in the radio industry." The nominees, chosen by the Conclave's board of directors, are NRG Pres./CEO Mary Quass, Emmis Chairman/Pres./CEO Jeff Smulyan, Vallie, Richards, Donovan Consulting Founder Dan Vallie and radio production pro and voice actor Ann DeWig. One vote per person before April 30 here.
