Anthony replaces Mark Lindow, who joined Citadel WSJR/Wilkes Barre-Scranton as PD last month. Among Anthony's prior stops are WEEP/Pittsburgh, KILT/Houston, WCXI/Detroit and WGRX (Froggy 100.7)/Baltimore. "We are delighted to find an experienced programmer familiar with the country audience, the Froggy brand and the Pittsburgh market," says Keymarket VP/ProgrammingFrank Bell. Bell has also hired Kalen Boyd as Dir./Operations for Keymarket's Aliquippa, PA-based stations, including Country WOGF, WKPL and WOHI.
