Entercom Swaps Denver Four To Bonneville: Entercom is sending four Denver stations, including Country KYGO, to Bonneville in exchange for Album Rock KSWD (The Sound)/Los Angeles and $5 million. Bonneville is getting Entercom's AC KOSI, along with KYGO, Sports KKFN and Sports KEPN-AM, which are being bought through Entercom's acquisition of Lincoln Financial Media. Time Brokerage Agreements will allow both companies to operate the exchanged stations immediately upon the closing of the LFM deal, which is expected in a few days. And, as a result of the Entercom-Bonneville agreement, the Dept. of Justice has agreed to approve Entercom's purchase of LFM.
