Promotion Motion: Emmis EVP/CFO/COO Patrick Walsh has been promoted to President/COO; SVP/Finance & Treasurer Ryan Hornaday has been promoted to EVP/CFO/Treasurer; and Dir./Financial Reporting Christopher Rickenbach has been promoted to VP/Finance & Asst. Treasurer. The promotions are effective Aug. 1.
