Clapper Hands: Former Cox/Atlanta programmer David Clapper has joined Big Loud as Dir./Southeast Promotion. "His background in both radio and records along with his unmatched creative spirit, gives him a unique perspective that will benefit the stations he works with, our artists and the entire team," says President Clay Hunnicutt. Adds Clapper, "This is going to be an amazing experience and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Clay Hunnicutt and [Dir./National Promotion] Stacy Blythe. Time to hit the road again!" Clapper's 13 years with Cox included Dir./Programming & Branding roles for Classic Hits WSRV and Alternative WTSH. He handled Southeast pop, rock and crossover promotion for MCA prior to that. Reach him here.
