Berner To Run Cumulus: The long-rumored executive restructuring at Cumulus is underway with Mary Berner joining as CEO on Oct. 13. Current CEO Lew Dickey will step down to become Vice Chairman and will remain on the board. Berner has served on Cumulus' board since May and previously served as President/CEO of the Association of Magazine Media. Prior stops include Fairchild Publications and Reader's Digest Association.
