Outlaw Movement: Meyer AC KTXR/Springfield, MO will adopt the hybrid Southern Rock/Country/Red Dirt currently heard on sister station KBFL when 'TXR becomes "101.3 The Outlaw" Nov. 2. KTXR is a 97.8kW Class C that will compete with Scripps' 98kW Class C KTTS, iHeartMedia's 33kW Class C2 KSWF and Mid-West Family's 50kW Class C2 KOMG, which posted a respective 13.0 (1), 5.4 (3) and 3.0 (11t) in Nielsen Audio's Spring 2015 diary survey (CAT 7/30). No staff changes are expected.
